CLASSES
Reformer - All Levels
The Reformer is the most versatile piece of Pilates equipment, and allows for hundreds of different exercises. Our Group Reformer Classes are designed to deliver a challenging, full-body, functional strength workout that also improves alignment and flexibility. Our goal is to have you leave class feeling great - like you worked hard, but feel energized by the practice. All new members are required to take a Reformer Intro Class at least once before joining an All Levels class. If you are brand-new to Pilates it's recommended that you take at least 3 Intro Classes or Private Sessions before taking an All Levels Class.
Reformer - Intro
The Reformer Intro class is a slower-paced class that will familiarize you with the Reformer and the basic flow of a Group Reformer Class. All new members are required to take this class at least once before joining an All Levels class. If you are brand-new to Pilates it's recommended that you take at least 3 Intro Classes or Private Sessions before taking an All Levels Class. You can take as many of these intro classes as you need to, until you feel comfortable joining an All Levels class.
Mat - All Levels
Our Mat classes provide a challenging, full-body workout that focuses on core strength and mobility. We include much of the Classical Pilates repertoire, but add in functional movement and the use of Props such as Magic Circle, Ball, Bands and Weights. We provide modifications to exercises to ensure classes are accessible to all levels of ability and fitness. Group mat classes are not recommended for those with osteoporosis or who are past their 1st trimester of pregnancy.
